Who are we?

PrintBall was established in 2000 to meet the demands of golfers, individuals and professionals wishing to customize their golf balls.
Equipped with marking production tools for golf balls, tees and other golf accessories, our production site, located in Basse-Normandie, can respond at short notice to marking requirements in small series with low production costs, from a minimum of 12 golf balls up to several thousands golf balls.
Our network of golf clubs, event organizers, retailers now allows us to deliver increasingly large and loyal golfers in France, Italy, Spain, England, Germany, and until Asia.

1 General

2 Responsibility for the on line offers The www.ProOshop.com platform and www.printball.com offers two types of boutique. The first boutique is "the Printball boutique that PrintBall LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY manages and control. The second type, "Boutiques partners", is of managed other boutiques and controlled by PrintBall, in partnership with the site hébergeur, PrintBall Concept detains the responsibilities of all articles and motives as well as the installation of the boutiques.

3 Execution of the contract While completing an on line order via a boutique, the customer enters in an agreement of obligation for a contract of sale, that is a contract of work and materials. It is impossible in PrintBall as supplier of boutiques to verify all motives create by the customers or by the partners boutiques in order to assure the non violation of the rights of a third. PrintBall Concept reserves the right to annul all suspected order where the impression of motives results in the violation of rights of a third.

4 Delivery
The deliveries are sent from the Shops of manufacture of PrintBall by selected carriers. The customer is responsible for the payment of the valued costs of consignment. This cost can be based on the value and the destination of the consignment. The orders must arrive at the latest under 12 workdays, if the product is in stock.. In controlled general, most products are sent under an a lot faster delay. If the order is not received under 12 days, like a contract was established, PrintBall Concept will contact the customer. The customer possesses the rights of recantation and repayment of his/her/its order then if this one cannot be treated and livery under 7 days.

5 Price
For the customers of the union European, the indicated price is the final price. These prices include the tax, in particular the tax to the sale. The rates of tax are determined by the address of delivery. For the customers outside of the European Union, the displayed price is the clean price. It is determined by the address of delivery. If the taxes must be paid in the country of delivery, these costs must be paid by the customer in addition of the value of the order. Some products can be taxed by expenses of import. These loads must also be paid by the customer in addition to the value of the order.

6 Payment
The payment is done in the shape chosen by the customer by banking transfer or credit card, or other methods of payment. PrintBall detains the rights to limit the methods of available payment for the customer, based on the value of the order, the destination or other objective criterias. The selling price is immediately given without discount.

In the case where the customer downloads his/her/its own picture or product personalised, he certifies to PrintBall LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY that he possesses the rights to reproduction and to the distribution of the picture. The customer will take the only responsibility of the violation of the royalties and mark. The client certífie also that while personalizing the products, no other right legal of a third is transgressed. If the customer detects a mistake in the seller's guarantee, the customer has the right to ask for a new version of the contract, an annulment of contract or a reduction of the selling prices. In case back from merchandise because of damages of quality, PrintBall will take in charge the expenses of consignment. The customer is asked to use one fashion of transportation not including any useless expenses. The expenses of consignment will be repaid either after consignment, either in advance on demand of the customer. The statutory period of the guarantee limit for the sent products lasts one years from receipt of the order. If the customer is an enterprise, the period limits is of 6 months.

8 Limits responsibility
PrintBall LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is not by no means person responsible of all other prejudices on life, the body and health developed in the period of guarantee. PrintBall asks for the responsibility for the damages of PrintBall Concept or the activities of their partners. The transmission of data via Internet cannot assure the apparition of mistakes and/or that the site is always available. In consequent, PrintBall LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY doesn't take any responsibility on the availability and the interruption of the on line service.

9 Right of retraction
If the customer is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw his/her/its order within 24 hours after the date of réglement, because of the specificity of the sites printball and Prooshop, to personalize some products to the demand. 10 Right of the Intellectual Property for the impression of motives and responsibilities
When a customer creates a product, with a picture either downloaded other means (personalised text), the customer guaranteed to PrintBall LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY that the created product doesn't rape the rights of a third. All abusive use of royalties and/or use of the violation of name, photo or picture are the customer's responsibility. The customer also assures the non violation of rights of a third while personalizing a product. In case of complaint for the violation of rights of a third, the customer will clear PrintBall LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY of all responsibility. The customer is entirely responsible for to repay Printball LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY of all damages hired in a legal procedure.

11 technical Anomalies and of production
In the execution of the contract, PrintBall Concept possesses the rights to bring light modifications on the descriptive booklets, catalogs and other written or electronic documents concerning the features of the material, of the colors, the weight, the measures, the properties of production or similar properties so much that they answer the customer's demands.

12 Protection of the data

13 Domain of jurisdiction
If the customer is a purchaser, the jurisdiction capable to settle litigations is CAEN, France. PrintBall LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY possesses the right to follow legal actions or other international procedures. PrintBall operates under the French jurisdiction while following the commercial laws of the European Union, for all order even outside of France.

14 partial Uselessness
In the case of cancellation of a particular clause of the contract, the other terms remain valid. The annulled terms are replaced and follow the legal procedure.
